Who Is On The Panel? 

Lindsey Grant, a former Program Director for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), co-authored the writer's workbook Ready, Set, Novel! Prior to publishing her memoir, Sleeps with Dogs, in 2014. Ready, Set, Memoir!, a companion workbook for nonfiction writers, is available now from Chronical Books

Elaine Hendrix is an actress and activist best known for her iconic role as 'Meredith Blake' in The Parent Trap and as 'Alexis Carrington' in the reboot of Dynasty. Her writing is featured in several books such as "Beautiful Old Dogs" and "Voices of Breast Cancer," for online entities such as The Pet Matchmaker and as script projects for film and television. Elaine also advocates on behalf of the rights of animals, LGBTQ, women and artists as well as promotes her line of health products by her very own EHx CBD. Jon Goode is an Emmy nominated author, poet, and playwright currently residing in Atlanta, Ga. He has been a featured performer on HBO’s Def Poetry, TVOne’s Verses & Flow, and BET’s Lyric Café. Jon’s debut collection of poems and short stories, Conduit, has received to date 54 five star reviews, spent 16 weeks as a #1 title on Amazon and is the best reviewedbook of poetry on Amazon for 2015/16. Zoe Fishman is the 2020 Georgia Author of the Year in the Literary Fiction category. She is the critically acclaimed author of Invisible As Air (Morrow, September ’19), the bestselling Inheriting Edith, (Morrow, October ’16), Driving Lessons (Morrow, April ’14), Saving Ruth (Morrow, May ’12) and Balancing Acts (Harper, March ’10).

Zoe worked in the New York publishing industry for thirteen years in the editorial department of Random House, the rights department of Simon & Schuster and later, as an agent for two boutique literary firms before moving to Atlanta in August of 2011. She’s taught creative writing at The Decatur Writers Studio at which she was also the Director and in Emory’s Continuing Education program in addition to SCAD Atlanta and The Galloway School.
