Author Bio:
Aliki Pappas Weakland has spent more than thirty years at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and human connection — navigating government, nonprofit, and global public health with the conviction that there is opportunity in every idea, every challenge, and every encounter.
She is a strategist, a mediator, and now an author — someone who has spent her career finding the line between what is and what could be, and helping others cross it.
She holds an MPH from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, an MSW from The Florida State University, and is a certified mediator.
Take Your Seat: You Don't Need Permission is her first book.
